Join us in Park 56 at the Americana Resort for our first Sound & Stillness Retreat. Recenter and refocus your mind while you are surrounded by a meditative sound bath experience, lead by Melanie of Zen House Yoga Studio.
Your Sound & Stillness Retreat ticket includes a 60-minute escape that starts with a 15-minute light stretch to ground and connect the body before immersing in a 45-minute sound bath meditation session. Enjoy a quiet moment of peaceful reflection, or indulge in additional relaxation as tensions ease during an optional grounding hand ritual, all included in your retreat ticket.
